Team Jets Netball Club is based in Jersey and their Senior squad currently plays in the Netball South West Regional League One. The U16 and U14 Squads also travel to the UK to play in Netball South West Regional League Matches.
Team Jets Netball Club was established in 2005 to provide players with the opportunity to play netball in the Netball South West Regional Leagues and Tournaments. The Club was previously known as "J United".
Over the past few years we have worked hard to create a Club that offers a high level of performance coaching and training sessions to girls from 12 years of age through to senior level.
Club members are encouraged to gain coaching and umpiring qualifications and to strive for excellence in their individual skill areas to enhance their own personal development. All the coaches who work with younger players have been DBS checked, attended Child Protection Courses and hold First Aid qualifications
The girls are always busy fundraising undertaking Coaching Days, Quiz Nights, Bag packing at local supermarkets, Cake Sales and selling raffle tickets at sponsored events. The players and parents also contribute to every trip.
Members of Team Jets are encouraged to be actively involved in the organisation and running of the JNA. They coach for local clubs and officiate in the local leagues. Members of Team Jets currently hold a number of positions on the Executive and Management committees of the JNA.
Team Jets is a very proud, well-respected and successful netball club. Several girls have been selected for the Team Bath Regional Academy and NPL programme following in the footsteps of our very own Serena Guthrie, England International.
We have an open door policy and welcome guidance, help and advice from people with specialised expertise. We value our volunteers and offer opportunities for all.
