Despite a mix of results Under 16 Team Jets have done enough to earn their place at Regional Play-Offs.

They lost to league leaders Hucclecote Flames 20 v 39, Drew against close table rivals Peeks 24 v 24 and gained a convincing win against West Exe 35 v 23.

The side will face Team Bath, TTNC Spartans and Hucclecote to fight for a place in the National Finals.

It has been a steep learning curve for the Under 14 Team Jets squad of whom less than half had had previous exposure at this level last season. The squad have worked incredibly hard in training and this has shown on court with the teams results improving each time.

By coming home with 3 wins in their final weekend the team have a lot to be proud of even if they didn't reach Regional Play-Offs.

Team Jets suffered a big defeat away to Chester leaving only one point between them at Kent County who are currently sitting at the bottom of the Mizuno Premier League Two table.

Despite a good performance Team Jets were unable to make an impact against Chester who are chasing a top 3 finish this season and lost 54 v 32. Jets did however earn a much needed point for a half score, but Kent gained an extra point for finishing within 5 goals of their opposition.

The result leaves their home match against Linden next weekend as a crucial must win game. Please come and support the squad!
