Team Jets succeed at playoffs!

Congratulations to Team Jets who have secured another season in the Mizuno Premier League 3 for the 2018/2019 Season.

Jets headed to playoffs this weekend determined to show that their hardwork would pay off and it has. On day one they were to play Poly NC and Eagles to determine which two opponents they would face in their must win group on day two.

Althought the day one matches didn't mean anything in terms of the overall outcome, Jets were determined to start positively and top their group in order to face lower ranked teams. They started out with a fantastic win over Polyc NC with the final score 44 v 38.

However Regional League Winners for the South, Eagles were a tougher opponent and Jets lost 54 v 29, which meant the girls were placed into 2nd of their pool and today faced Thoroughbreds and Hi-Tech

Team Jets faced old rivals Thoroughbreds first and pulled out a fantastic win (51 v 39) to edge closer to their goal. Next up were Hi-Tech and Jets didn't let the pressure get to them as they won 46 v 38 to confirm their place for next season.
