Good Luck to the squad who will be looking for revenge having only lost by a 2 goal margin. In front of a standing room only crowd Jets had a tough start with Telstars showing fantastic shooting accuracy. But with the crowd roaring in support Jets drew the second quarter as Serena Guthrie played her first match for the side. Jacy Brown made some fantastic interceptions across the court in the C position giving her side chances which shooters Rebecca Forrest and Lynsey Pitman took. In her first start for the side Forrest did well to hold her very tall GK to create space in the shooting circle. After the half time break with no changes Team Jets went on to win the 3rd quarter 14 v 9 sadly missing a chance to make it a 1 goal game whilst the visitors took advantage to maintain a 2 goal lead. With Sophie Holmes replacing POM Rebecca Forrest for the final quarter and Telstars making changes in GK and GS, the match was incredibly close.
