Second win of the weekend v team bath

The match against Team Bath today was a game of two halves!

For the first two quarters a fatigued jets were struggling to keep up with Team Bath’s pace and were hesitant on all areas of the court. Some swift half time changes which seen the introduction of impact player Maddy Fitzgerlad-Wilkins and Jacy Brown returning to centre bib freshened up the attacking end whilst Lisa Luce (POM) and Josie Le Masurier gelled effectively becoming a dominant force defensively. The shooters shot an impressive 40 goals in the second half which was a fantastic achievement! A great fight back by everyone involved and a great way to end our campaign before the Christmas break!

Opponents chosen Player of the match: Lisa Luce (GD): Some hard fought determination and persistence seen Lisa take an abundance of turnover ball in the second half, especially impressive as Lisa had returned to circle defence only this weekend. How’s that for versatility?!
