Team Jets win an outstanding physical battle to the final whistle

In front of a packed crowd Team Jets put in a fantastic display against 3rd placed Worcester Reds at Fort Regent. With the game fast paced from start to finish the squad performed brilliantly against very physical opponents. After leading by a couple of goals throughout most of the game they managed to extend their lead to 6 in the 3rd quarter however Worcester never gave up and with a last change midway through the last quarter to WA they forged on to draw the game level with minutes to go. With the crowd on the edge of their seats urging on Team Jets they gained a one goal lead with the match finishing 40 v 39. A very hard fought but deserved win for the home team.
