Under 14 Jets double Success!

What a day for U14 Team Jets! Winning 2 from 2!

Jets faced Galmington for their first game of the day. After a shaky start the squad settled well and in the first quarter our amazing C Isabella took 6 interceptions and 6 tips.
The squad continued to gel well and the 3rd quarter changes brought a new intensity to the game. Galmington came back firing in the final quarter but the final score was 52-22 to Jets with an amazing 37 tips and 28 interceptions

All 11 players took to the court and Isabella Lofthouse was awarded OPOM for her outstanding performance at C

After a short break our second game of the day was against a strong Dart Side. Jets were not used to the fast pace and physicality that Dart brought.

Our defence worked tirelessly and constantly got hand to ball and our shooters consistently found the net. The Dart defence were difficult to get around and after a few errors from our Jets side our mid court players found a way around them with intelligent circle feeds and resetting the ball.

The score did not reflect the intensity and competitiveness of this game. Our U14’s took the win 41-23
